My 7.3L came with a Cyclone power fan?

I purchased a used 7.3L F-350 Dually and it came with this Cyclone Power Fan. Does anyone out there run one of these and can tell me the pros and cons of this unit? any information on this product would be great.

the truck has gauges and it seems anytime the transmission temp hits 210 this fan kicks on or anytime I take my foot off the gas petal it kicks on

is this product worth having? does it eat into your fuel mileage?

again any info would be much appreciated

Why would your tranny temps hit 215* just putting around in it?
