Fuel pressure 0 at WOT

when truck is idling its roughly at 68, at about half throttle its at about 50. then at wot it goes to zero. could this be the fuel pump.

Yes, but it could also be your regulator. I had dropping fuel pressure and thought my pump was bad. A guy on here told me to rebuild my regulator first so I ordered a regulator rebuild kit from RiffRaff and now it holds 70PSI give or take a couple at WOT.

could be dirty filters or another restriction as well

DI makes a kit that guts the ford regulator so you can plumb in a exturnal regulator. The kit is $10.00 shipped.
