3.5 or 4 downpipe

looking at exhaust for my 01 f-350 7.3 auto. i have 118k miles and all is well. wanting to put exhaust on the truck, i have a hypertech power programmer running on stage 2. should i go with magnaflow with a 3.5 downpipe then to a 4 all the way back. or should i go 4 down and out. i hear the 3.5 gives more low end. any ideas. thanks

4" -- will keep those EGT's down better -- and no one has any proof that it lowers your low end power. I would venture to bet its all in their head..
