Nice, I thought about driving out there as well but ended up just having a local place get one and install it for me.

I was going to be going in Dec so not quite as nice as now. It is much better than the stock one. Feels like it will handle anything I can throw at it unlike the stock one where I was always wondering when it would go.

I got mine installed June 8th, loving it so far. Tunes have a lot to do with the tranny as well. Did you stay with Adrian & Kathy? Everyone there is great. Tell Tina I said hi, lol.

What torque converter (stall) did Brian put in your trannies? Brian said he typically matches what's in there or is usually around 1900/2000 stall iirc. I always thought we wanted a lower stall unless we were racing. It's much more efficient which makes it seem like a lower stall though.

My shifts are nice and quick but very smooth. Money well spent in my book. Truck seems like it scoots a bit quicker as well.

Kyleh, sorry you had to come to Arkansas on the hottest day in 45 years.
It was 110 at my house at 3 PM. Little Rock was 105. Be safe going home.

I stayed with Adrian and Kathy. They run the lakeside resort in Diamond City. Its the last place on the right just before you run into Bull Shoals lake.

I imagine by now you found a place, being its almost midnight there. or you can camp out at the lake.

So how are you liking your tranny? You should be loving it. Also did you ask Brian what stall torque converter he used?
