Best place to buy a GTP38R that stands by warranty claims?
Im considering buying a GTP38R but am slightly scared because of many failure stories I have read about. Luckly most of these stories I read seem to happen fairly quick and well within a year (warranty). BUT I read how most places do not stand by the warranty! This all scares me. I just want to buy it from the most reputable scource so if I have a problem within the 1 year warranty I can simply return it for another on the spot!
By the way I did search and read a lot! Many of the posts were older and I wanted a better idea of who is a good company to buy through today. Thank you guys! |

Riffraff diesel is a great company to order from and clay stands by everything. That is where I have gotten all of my mods from.

Eric at PTP hooked me up with my 38R last year and its been great so far. If anything were to happen I doubt that PTP wouldn't stand behind what they sell. Got it for a great price along with free shipping.

Some do. For example, I help a buddy of mine who sells and installs home theatres etc. He is a seller/installer, but I tell you what...if his customers have a problem with a product he sells/installs...he trades it out.
He then goes and deals with his distributor. I know I had a marantz that I had issues with, I called marantz, started the circle jerk with them (didnt want to bug my buddy)...My wife found out, called him. My buddy brought a new piece over, took mine that had an issue. He said his customers pay him to not only sell them a product, but to back them up on the product. Not just take their money and run. He makes money on 95% of his jobs. That 5% is the cost of doing business. He doesnt advertise. Yet he is so fricking busy with new customers due to word of mouth recommendations. |
