Looking for exhaust with swept outlet

Im trying to find an exhaust system, turbo back, in 5 inch with a straight pipe set up that has a single side exit that is slightly swept to the rear of the truck if you know what i mean. Its hard to tell from the pictures that are on website if they are going to exit at a 90* angle or if the will be some thing closer to 45*... anyone know of a company that makes this? MBRP looks like they make a swept one but it's only 4".. And i was also looking at diamond eye but they look like they exit on a 90*... anyone have an experience with either system?

My Diamond Eye 4in. kit is the same as that pick.
From what I've been reading in a few places, 4in. is more than plenty unless you're pushing over 600hp and are way modded/upgraded up.
I've thought about changing the muffler (so that it's not as rapsy,) But it doesn't sound all that bad.

Or you can just ditch the muffler =) I like the way straight pipe sounds.
The exhaust was super easy to put on too
5" inch exhaust is just for sound unless you are 500+ HP

I think the OP means swept back like a factory duramax exhaust so it sort of points to the rear.
