Best tuner?

One of my good friends just bought a 03 7.3 with 115,000 miles on it and it's currently tuned but he's not that happy with it. What would be the best chip to buy? He said something about a tony wildman. I myself have a 6.0 and I'm not that familiar with the 7.3s. Thanks in advance.

nothing wrong with a tony wildman chip, ts performance , power hungry performance , theres several that will work just fine , chips come down to what a person has planned for the truck

Dp-tuner call jody he has great tunes i ran them on my 1997 and now my uncle has it on his 1997 coupled with a 4" exhaust i went from 14-15mpg to 18-21mpg plus i had the 140hp xtreme tune that was wild i could spin the tires a 40mph.
