Major problems with edge install

hey guys so last night i went to install my edge evolution into my 99.5 powerstroke and once i got it plugged in it told me "connecting to bridge please wait" waited about 25 minutes still nothing, so i unplugged it and it said something about a error and press any key to return to stock. Once i had it back to stock i noticed the "water in fuel light" was on and as soon as i put the truck in reverse it runs rough and if i put it in drive it runs REALLY ROUGH! and stalls. anyone heard of this before?

Well i like to go back and see if anyone posts got any answers and yours didn't and seems like you needed answers long ago. I don't know about all tuners but some flash there program and some just basically make the trucks sensors lie. i could be totally wrong but the purpose is to get your post bumped to the beginning to get some needed help. Like anything with computers is if you get just a partial install of something that normally means problems. If you bought the product new then call edge and see how they can help. Or you already fixed your issue days ago.

If you disconnect both batteries for half an hour, will that reset the computer back to factory? Or did the EDGE actually permanently alter the firmware?

I don't know anything about those type of programmers, just the TS chip ones.
