stage 2 or 2.5 rosewood with what turbo? 2000 7.3
I am going to get my injectors rebuilt and was wondering should I get stage 2 Or 2.5 premiums from rosewood . I am also going to replace the turbo so what would be the best turbo to get that wont break the bank. I have a stock truck with ts performance chip, 4 inch exhaust, and afe intake. looking for better fuel economy and power. thanks for the input

The 200/30's will be much easier on the hpop, a stock hpop would run 200/30's easily. As for turbo i would run an sd66 from beans and of course have beans reburn you chip.

With injectors, get the largest you can afford. Your tuner can set them up to provide as much or as little fuel as needed then you will have room to grow. The d66 is a good drop in turbo, a 38r would be another good drop in option. Beyond those, you have to get a new mount which gets expensive. Either way, you will need to get your chip reprogrammed for the larger injectors. You should also take a look at your uppipes, if they are leaking it would be easier to fix/replace them while the turbo is already out.

You might want to look at tranny upgrades too 6.0 cooler and a bts valve body will help alot

I have the 200/30 Rosewood Injectors. I just got a 38r to put on my truck but I have been running a stock turbo for almost 2 years. The truck runs great on the stock turbo. I'm usually running around on DP Tuner 80E Tune. You'll have to reburn your chip to run the single shots. Jim Rosewood was a great guy to deal with. Call him and get his advise.

just letting you know that jim is out of the 80 nozzles and is putting 100 nozzles on his stages 2s

Would it be better to get a 38r or a d66 from what I saw there is only a 300$ difference. And wouldnt the 100s waste more fuel the the 80s? How much horsepower would i be lookin at with stage 2 and an upgraded turbo?

Well with the 160/80's you're pretty much gonna have to have an upgraded hpop (srp1.1) and a turbo (sd66) to break 400 horse but with all those pieces i mentioned you could make 425 horse with good tunin (beans or gearhead). With the 200/30 you would only need a turbo and tunes to break 400. With whatever you choose i suggest regulated return and hutch mod for your fuel system and bts valve body and 6.0 cooler for your tranny

from talking with jim at rosewood it is my understanding that the 100 have the same holes as the 80s but with a little more massaging done to the inside of teh nozzle to make it flow more fuel. and because they flow more fuel is the same amount of time it give your tuner more options in tuning
