New vs. Reman modified injectors

Is there any real difference between new and reman injector parts when going with upgraded injectors (like 160/30's)? There's a helluva price difference. Considering I probably won't ever put another 200k miles on my truck (it's not my daily driver), I'm trying to figure out if I can really justify going with brand new (upgraded) injectors.

Reman on the internals vs. brand new internals?
Well you'd HOPE that they won't use so so used internals, and replace as needed.
