Mod Questions

Ok so I have owned my first diesel truck for about a year and a half. I have spent alot of time on this forum finding the information that I need. So far 02 f350 with TS 6 pos, 5" MBRP, CAI, gauges, 6.0 Cooler and a BTS tranny. It has 150k but runs fairly solid, no major problems other than some turbo surge that im dealing with. I think I am ready for some HP mods. The next logical step would be some injectors and a turbo right? Can I do one first without doing the other? I dont have the jack for both at once, the bts put a dent in my wallet. I was looking at the 38R first. Any reason that I should do the injectors first? I am also fairly sure that I have some up pipe leaks, which would mean bellowed pipes right? So by the time I mess with all that would I be better off with the H2E setup? Any input would be appreciated, thanks.
