6 POS chip question

My truck had a 6 pos knob chip in it when I bought it, Im not sure of the brand or exactly what the positions are. I kinda got it figured out by the change in power, speed limit and high idle. My question is, can I send this chip off to be re-tuned with generic or even custom tunes for my truck?

if you remove it and its a ts then quite a few can tune it. if its somethin else (bullydog, superchip, ect) you would have to ask around

I popped it out and its got Bullydog plastered all over it. How do I identify the model by using the serial number? Ill probably just sell it and get something custom tunable.
