Anything i should know about TW chip?

So far I can't be happier with my chip from tony wildman. Truck runs awsome. My question is, is there anything I should not do like switch setting at WOT, etc. Also I noticed the idle is slightly higher in every setting besides the stock. I would say higher by about 200 rpm. My check engine light has came on twice in about a week. When its on I don't see any difference, gauges read normal. I have an ITP boost toilet. Not sure if I was in the smoke tune for to long. Is this all normal?

check engine light most likely over boost... check your boost fooler.

Don't change settings with foot on gas
ditch the smoke tune.....

What do I check on the boost fooler? It said it was already set, just install. What's so bad about the smoke tune? Besides the smoke. Is it bad for the truck?

No need for a smoke tune. just wasted fuel out the exhaust and making the diesel pickup industry look bad for driving around and blowing black smoke when its not needed.
