Mine should be here tommorow. I bought mine after reading a thread on here where someone with thousands of posts compared one to the 38r and claimed according to paper specs it should perform as good if not better than a 38r. And the fact that its rebuildable doesnt hurt the decision. I do not know Which is a BETTER turbo but if their in direct competition thats gotta say something. My question is, Should I be anxious to bolt this sucker on? will I notice a performance increase? i just installed the t500, and Bills tunes (which I love!) I noticed the factory one in my truck breaks 30psi wide open.
I plan on running it at 35psi max without headstuds.. good idea, or asking for it?
Oh yeah.. And how is the whistle?? no one answered.
