Well, there's about a hundred related threads on here..... so a search might be in order, however a 4" exhaust, Intake, gauges, and chip seem to be the most common/bang for your buck.

But there's a million diffferent things you CAN do... only limiting factor is your wallet.

Special Tom got it right. LOTS of stuff to do.
But basically, most do the DIY intake, free flowing exhaust, gauges to monitor important stuff, and a chip with custom tunes, not Banks/Edge/Superchips/etc.
Then it just keeps going from there

Cool thanks guys. I already have the exhaust, and a banks six gun. I have been thinking injectors, but not sure what to run.

do a DIY intake, ditch the banks, get beans, php, etc. tunes and drive it. i gained 3 to 4 mpg (on the highway, 1 to 2 in town) with beans tunes over generic. i know stage ones are supposed to gain some mpg but your right foot will loose most of what you gain. you might also think about a RR or FRx. i know they won't gain any mpg but will increase the life of your injectors

also, some gauges if you don't already have them.

you have to get custome tunes to run bigger injectors anyways so your still going to have to ditch the banks

If I have to ditch the Banks to get more power n a lil fuel milage then so be it. I'm thinking stage one injectors n new chip. With those injector do I need a HPOP? Didn't think about a cross over will it help that much? I'm also thinking about an Airdog fuel system. I'm pretty good about stayen out of her till someone makes me mad this let the smoke roll.

Whats your budget? Stage ones don't need a hpop upgrade. The cross over oil line helps some and not others, kinds truck specific, it helped on my last truck but I didn't notice any change on my current truck. Skip the airdog, there are far superior setups available. Not sure what your goal is or how much your looking to spend so lets start there.

I would recommend an Intake, Exhaust and if in the budget a turbo... for gauges I like the Edge Insight, HERE is list of options for your 7.3L. All members can us discount code forum

hope this helps

I can do the intake, already have a 4" turbo back from MBRP. Now will a new turbo instead of injector be a better idea? I don't have a set amout of power just more than what I have now and money I have a lil to spend so want to use it wisely. What would be a better fuel system then the airdog? What would be a good turbo?
