Tuner of all Tuners?

Not looking to start any fights here, this will start out completely unbiased towards anyone so lets keep it that way. Not looking to start any fights!

I just recently picked up a 2000 7.3, and looking to try out some fresh tunes. I have used a few different tuners before and had no real complaints. I just want to get a solid set of smooth tunes for the truck and since I haven't been around the 7.3's for a year or so I was wondering whos had great luck with who. There are so many different tuners out there!

All opinions appreciated!

I have PHP and DP on my trucks. Love them both no complaints. I would probably recommend the PHP over the DP though as it is cheaper, and I like the tunes a bit more. Honestly though any custom tuner out there will be just fine.

If you haven't tried beans or gearhead, give them a shot.

My vote is on gearhead. Heard many great things about beans just haven't had a chance to try them. I've had php and gearhead. So far.

You will more than likely be happy with any of the well known tuners. PHP, TW, DP, Swamps, etc. I like DP for their F6 which has a USB connection for updates and trial tunes.

This has been discussed and some have done it, but if you wanted to get a 6pos chip (or a chip with more pos if you can find it) and get each tuner to write you one tune each, and load them all on the same chip, then you can decide which is best to you.

I use Dp and not only love my chip but also the customer service. I'm constantly making changes to my truck and having my tunes changed and have always been taken care of and even given advice by Dp. Never had a problem so will probobly never go anywhere else. Have never used any others though so this is just my input on Dp.
