Hyper Max kit OIL Drain tube not going in. Help

I have the gqssb and hypermax kit, and i can get the oil drain in with the turbo at the same time. how can i get it in.

been working on it allday still have not accomplished anthing....

if its a small tube that i think it is, cause i have my first hypermax kit, i dont know if that tube will work a damn at all. you would have to clock the cartridge over so much and turn the drain tube quite a bit to make it work it seem. im doin it on the s480... were just gonna cut the drain tube off of a 12 valve just below the flange and run a rubber hose to the drain hole. then probably some high temp silicone to seal it at the plate. just my .02

well got a little update update on mine, what worked for me is puttin the drain tube on first, take the compressor house off, and work it all in at the same time, a little bit of a pain but it helps.

Thanks for the reply, I got in dine the way you said .

But it took 2days till I got it right and still had a oil leak after I got it all done, but it was fixed when I tightened it.

But the turbo acts well but isn't anyfaster then stock but, it still smokes at wot. I think my injectors might be messed up anyone know how I could tell?

Where's the oil leakin at? I'm not sure if I have the same leak.. Or if it's my hpop now. Truck been down for 3 months now I've got a transmission leak and oil leak... What kind of smoke are you getting? Just a lot of black smoke?

Yea, just alot of black at wot. And a haze going down the road at easy take off. That's probably why I only get 10 mpg for a year now lol.

So if anyone knows what's up with my truck please tune in lol


But the turbo works alwsome, I have the smallest injectors too, e99
Now it only gets really going at redline lol but it builds good boost driving around but I bet with Injectors it would blow the tires off. But yo can tell its alot bytes buy howit spools up and down by listening to the exhaust.

Last night I drained the oil In the hpop and filled it up with 5w40 sytethic and did a oil change and put hot shots injector cleaner in. I guess will see if that works, I hope so. I don't feel like working on my truck anymore lol.
