Overboost Code Q

Quick Question,

I've got the DP with the 120 program, and now im getting the overboost code. here are my questions.

1. Does it hurt anything
2. Does it defuel when the light comes on
3. Does it go back to normal when the light goes off?
4. Anybody have a link with pics on how to build an overboost eliminator?

Read that post. They are selling and talking about how to make a MAP fooler to get rid of the overboost code for 1 $.
