First off I recently sold my E99 F-250 it had; TS 6 Pos chip (canned tunes) :S, banks big head WG, 4" Turbo back exhaust, DIY intake, ITP boost fooler (pressure regulator), gauges, and built trans. Long story short I started looking into turbo setups new injectors ect. to get some more power of it and decided to sell my E99 and buy a 1999.5-2000 Crew Cab to sink my money into instead of my E99 Extended cab.
Ive saved up some money, and this is my list as of now, I want to get somewhere close to 360-400 WHP that is reliable and still have good fuel economy yet also be fun to drive im a diesel engine mechanic its my profession and what I went to school for so I know diesels very well, I just would like to hear from others who have went with a similar set up all suggestions welcome and appreciated thanks
-MBRP 4" turbo back exhaust (no muffler)
-Garret GTP38R turbo
-Boost fooler (pressure regulator)
-Beans 6 POS tuner
-Beans FFD Stage 2 Fuel Injectors (160cc single shot)
- Regulated return system (open to suggestions on who to go through for that?
-Built trans (Whenever the stock trans gives out)
My main questions are; has anyone out there ran these injectors and what kind of power did you make, what was your fuel economy like with them, and where they reliable ? also open to suggestions on a better alternative as far as injectors, and who to go through for a good priced Regulated return system Thanks.
