k guys. parts are on the way. adrenaline pump. gt38r and still gotta save a little more for injectors. late 99 f350. going to go to stage 2s. not sure brand yet. single shot tho.

question is. am i going to need a fully built tranny? or are there kits that i can order to build myself so i save a little cash. i know i could build it. what are your guy's ideas? i assume everyone is going to say bts. does bts sell parts or can you only get there stuff by having them build it? thanks in advanced.

BTS does have parts that, if you later choose to, can be transplanted into the new trans from them.
I got a Factory Tech valve body which firms up shifts and keeps it cooler. I like it.
I'd also get an external trans filter. I built one like DieselSite's.
Of course a giant 6.0 cooler is a good idea always, no matter what.
I think the option is to use a 5R110 torque converter in place of your stock one.

Not to derail but how long did it take to get your core refund? I've been waiting almost a month now
