HP guess.

Ive been looking into it and my 01 has pmr that im wantin to put forged rods in. can oem rods handle this if i get hybrid inj., adrenaline hpop, reg. return, bypass filtration,airdog II, headstuds,valve springs, custom tunes, and cant decide 38r or swamps diesel 66mm turbo??will i have to do anything else to the motor to handle this?

You will be pushing the limits hard on them pmrs with that combo. With either Turbo. I have a 66mm Turbo, and 160 CC stage 2s and im conservatively tuned and knocking on the door of 400 HP. That's usually the limit of the pmrs, or close to it,

If you went forged, then yeah, it would handle it. I have factory forged.

ok i found a set of oem forged rods from a diesel performance shop for 480 free shipping can i find them cheaper? with this set up about what hp range would i be?

You'll probably be knocking on the door of 500. But def somewhere in between 450 and 500. If you're into spending money on the charger, I'd just get a hypermax he setup....

it really depends on what size injectors you want. yeah you're forgettin tranny mods. i can tell by readin you need to do A LOT more research

just get the 250/80's same money will act the same as 238's. 250/80's, srp1, with a gated s366 or gqssb would be pretty sweet. hp would be high 4's, could break into the 5's with live tunin. studs, springs, pushrods are recommended. hutch, reg return with a good pump, not air dog. pretty decent set up

whats a good pump? a raptor? air dog II is a good one. get the 165 one and you are good IMO
