Meth injection spot

Where are you guys injecting your Meth at?

Can I inject where i did the AIH delete, Or is there not enough time to atomize there?

To add, I was reading before I bought the kit of gains up to 75-100HP using the meth injection. Alas, with some more digging I was reading that It is purely for EGT control, YES to both, but Id like to gain some HP and cool my EGT's. Now what kind of tuning is needed for meth injection, Tony Wildman doesnt have an option for meth injection.

What meth system do you have? Is it just a switch or does it have a controller? Most of your tuning will be with your meth mixture and the injector size.

Snow performance, and has a controller that hooks to a boost reference and turns on and a set boost that I set and in a linear scale progressively UPS the flow to full flow to another set boost level

Your start boost should be 1/3 of the total boost your turbo makes. (ex. if you make 30psi, set your start boost to 10psi). My setup has 2x injectors, one in the AIH delete the other about a foot or so down the same intake pipe. I have heard of guys injecting pre turbo but i have no experience with that. What mixture are you running in your system?

I haven't even decided what I'm going to run yet....I see people crying about how its dangerous....but then again, I asked about nitrous and they cried about it being dangerous...I'm only going to be running one nozzle, not sure about the size yet...I just wanted some opinions on where to start injecting at. I was thinkin roughly 70/30 water meth

The meth is much less dangerous than nitrous. 70/30 is a good mix, should keep your egts down and maybe a lil performance gain. Are you mixing your own? -20 blue washer fluid and heat?

Haven't mixed any yet. I'll be buying strait methanol and mixing it...how's a 50/50 mix go as far as safety factor? I haven't even got the kit installed....that's why I was asking about where to mount the nozzles

Using washer fluid is going to be easier. The 50/50 works well a lil cooling a lil power, its a nice combination. Your AIH delete will be the easiest place to mount the nozzle.

Thats what I figured, I just wanted to make sure....Does it spray directly out...Or do I need to tap it down far enough to be flush inside the intake?
I will just take out the brass plug I have blocking it, Drill out, and tap it. Seems to be the easiest thing Ive done so far!
