02 7.3 advice needed

I have an 02 7.3. 200,000 miles
I had a banks kit installed in 03. consisting of 4" exhaust, trans command, gauges and a chip.
Stock turbo just fried, I have a 38r on order to be installed.
My question is, I would like some input on my chip. Really don't know much about it. Will it still be good after the turbo switch out, or should I look into a different set up (tuner).
I am in Orange County Calif. Any one know of a local tuner ? or should I stick with a dp or like.
Mostly looking for mpg and a bit of trailer towing.
I know the Banks folks don't get much love here so looking for an alternative.

I'd deffinately look into dp, tw, php, beans or gearhead. Banks tuning really isn't good and its not going to get any better with the new turbo.
