Well start off by opening up the intake setup and exhaust. Maybe install a full 4" turbo back exhaust, as for intake, just depends on how much you wanna spend. You can get a afe setup or get a diy intake installed. Then after that, order yourself a custom tuned 6 position chip for your truck. Just make sure you let them know you wanna do some heavy towing and they will set you up with a towing tune on your truck hopefully keeping your egt's down alil bit while towing that much weight.

As previously stated DIY (6637) intake, 4" turbo back exhaust, and a custom tuned 6 position chip. I suggest PHP but there are lots of great options out there. Also a set of gauges are a must. Pyro, boost, and if you have an auto, a trans temp. Hope this helps.

In that case:
Stage II 160/100 injectors
SRP1 HPOP
GTP38R Turbo
Valvesprings
ARP headstuds
Fuel bowl delete with regulated return
Hutch/Harpoon mods
Nice custom tuning (PHP, TW, Beans etc)

That should add just a little bit haha.

You can tow with any horsepower...
I'd stick around 400-450 though personally. Just watch your EGT's.
