Upgrade questions

I'm diggin' my 2000 F-350 but plans are a foot for some performance mods. In general, I'll be towing a 10k pound 5er RV trailer in fairly mountainous terraine. I'm not looking to build a wheel-stander for the drag strip or anything, and reliability needs to be good.

What I'm thinking of so far:

SRP1 HPOP
Swamps 200/30 hybrid injectors
Regulated return
S366 turbo system (probably from Irate Diesel)
DiamondEye 4" turbo-back exhaust
PHP Phoenix chip
Upgraded Southbend clutch assembly
Upgraded fuel filtering, Baldwin pre-filter at the minimum

Truck already has a 6637 installed. IC boots will all be replaced for maintenance as well.

I don't really have a specific horsepower target. With proper tuning what do you think a setup like this would put out? Are any of the items included inappropriate from a "complete package" perspective?

Is anyone running dual Bosch 044 pumps in parallel for fuel flow? Or is that even necessary at this performance level.

With the mods you listed I think you will be around the 500 mark but I may be off a bit. Also with that set up you will need headstuds and valvesprings.

Yikes. Lol. I didn't realize that gear added up to that sort of HP.

So...what if I was shooting for an honest 400HP? What would I drop off the list?

I see you're going to use php tunes. He has a build thread where he took a stock truck with only 6637 intake and put stage 1 injectors in only. Made 399 hp/946 ft lbs. That should give you a gauge.

you will never be a 500 horse with those injectors, most make like 425 with those, personally i think that puttin that small a nozzle on a 200cc injector is retarded. i would do 160/100 or 200/80 before i did 200/30's. you can get 250/80's for 1850 and those work pretty good with the s366 but you will need an external wastegate

IMO forget the Hybrids esp with 30% nozzles..

Get Stage 1's either 160's good to 370HP or 180's with a SRP1 good to 400HP.
