Tranny question

I been reading that the 6.4 Power Stroke factory trans is a pretty bullet proof stock trans I belive it is the t500 or something i maybe wrong i still doing my research on it but I was wondering is it possible to swap out my 4r100 and put in the 6.4's trans instead or is that not possible? Im still doing my reading but I wanted to get some reliable imput on this. Thanks

It's the torqueshift. I can't remember if its the 5r110 in the 6.4 and anything is possible with enough time and money. You'd have to have a standalone controller and probably fab up something to mount it. It'd probably be easier and cheaper to call bts or Jw and get a built tranny

Ya I haven't ever considered zf swap as it seems like a pain to me. Tho I do get really lazy at times

has anyone heard good news on the revmax torque convertor?? i plan on building my tranny up to handle some more power and not sure what to go with??
