php tunes?

i ordered a pheniox 6 position for my 2000 7.3 i got stock,65dd, 80dd, 100 performance, whisper, and smoke show. Anyone running them tunes what to review them for me, curious lol i hate playing the waiting game now.

I don't know how many people have smoke show but it's a waste IMO. Out of what you have, I have 80DD and 100 Performance. 80DD is pretty quick but 100 Performance is quicker. My trucks puts out a little smoke on 100. Do you have gauges? If not i'd get some.

I have a PHP chip with tunes created via live tuning from Bill. I have 1100 RPM high idle, 40hp heavy tow, 65 hp tow, 80 hp daily, 100hp performance, and 140 exreme. The 140 tune, combines with my stage 1's and T500 HPOP, my truck flat gets it, and with very little smoke as far as an old 7.3 is concerned.

Trust me when I say this, whisper mode is three times as useful as the smoke show.

I have an 01 with a PHP chip. For tunes I have 65hp dd, 80hp, 120hp, 65hp tow, lope, and smoke. Ya ya, smoke can be considered a waste but it's fun to mess with occasionally. And the lope and smoke tunes are based off a 140hp performance tune anyway so I personally don't consider them a waste. Just be smart with it, don't blow smoke all over town and through every intersection. Gauges would definitely be smart as well. I installed mine before I even put my chip in. You'd be surprised how quickly your EGT's go up when you rip on it.

Yeah ive heard alot of good things about them to. I just installed my 3 in 1 gauge from glowshift and i really like it imo i just like having 1 gauge rather than 3. Now im just ready for the chip to get here

Well bill is the only guy who will tune/work on my truck so I'm kinda biased lol but from the very first time bill tuned my truck i have nothing but positive to say about the way the truck runs

i am about ready to pull the trigger on some custom tunes. i got a bully dog flip chip right now it was on the truck when i bought it. will i see a big difference in power going to php tunes? and will it be better for my trans? thanks.
