Another Chip Question

Hey everybody this is my first post. I have been looking on the forum for a while and there is some great info on here. I just bought my truck about a month or so ago this is not my first ford I have had one 7.3 already and one 6.0

So here it goes I just have a couple of questions.

What is the differance in the TS performance chips and all of the other 6 pos. chips out there?

I currently have a Edge juice and Edge evolution that came with the truck. Are the TS style chips better than what I have and if so why?

If I were to get one of those style chips can I still use my Attitude for guages?

Thanks in advance for the help

The TS chip is just generic tunes not specifically tuned for your truck. On the other hand the other chips, or custom tunes, are tuned specifically for your truck.

These chips can be changed on the fly with just a twist of a knob, where the edge has to be plugged in. Plus they are better especially if you get custom tunes so they can be set up just for your truck to get max performance and efficiency out of it.

As for your last question I'm not too sure. Hope this helps!

Whats the difference between a Tony Wildman 6 pos chip, and a PHP Phoenix Chip? I've been looking at the 2 for a while and cant decide which one I want. I was set on a TW chip, but the more I look at PHP Phoenix I cant decide. What's the difference between the two and which one is better/higher rated? Just trying to get the best bang for my buck!

On the PHP website, it says for stock/lightly modded truck, the chip is only $295, but that seems really cheap compared to a TW chip. Do they charge per tune thats put on the chip?? or is it really only $295?! What tunes did you get on your TW chip jason51p
