I've been trying to talk to PHP as well this week. No answer.. I too placed an order today. Have you gotten an invoice yet? I've been waiting for an invoice before i ship my chip off for a reburn.

I too have been trying for over a week. I just received an email from Corey saying she was out all week and she would be in touch with me tomorrow. I don't know if that means the whole shop was shut down or if just she was gone. I do know one thing.... a great product can be ruined by not so great customer service. I sent mine in for a reburn for an auto to manual swap and for a week I have not been able to talk to anyone email, phone, or forum. A company can go big overnight because of forums like this one, but it can also be destroyed overnight too.

... not to mention the 50+ 1 min. long distant phone charges listening to there machine pick up.

I called earlier today. At the end of their usual message they said their office was closed. This was at about 10:15am eastern time.

Debating wether to put stop payment on it and order from someone else. They still hav'nt even taken the money from my card. Not a good first impression to me. Was just liking the option of changing the programs myself. If its this hard just to buy one, I hate to see the support. Tomorrows friday, if I can't get any contact guess im going to Beans or Wildmans.
