Question Gauge Temps?

Hey guys, new to the forum.. i have an 03 7.3 f350 standard cab long box. its all stock except for diy intake, 5inch straight pipe. i just ordered glowshift 3 in 1 gauges off ebay. Trans , exhaust, and boost. what are the egt and trans temp i should be watching out for. i want to put a mark or line on my gauge face as a point not to cross or reach. Thanks

Pyro is 1200 and tranny is 230 I believe.

EGTs 1250 max. The higher above that you go, the more time you're borrowing.
Trans should NOT get up to 230.
The highest I've ever seen was 210*F towing up some decent mountains.
Normal highway driving I'm about 150ish depending on ambient temp. Higher in stop and go. 180*F towing 5th wheel on highway pretty consistently.
