Alarm Installed Now Chip and Window dont work?

I just had a Python Alarm at a "trusted" place and when I got it... my power window now goes down slow and up real fast.. and as well my TS tuner chip doesnt work at all.. I know this because I had no power on the highway, and on the 140hp mode If I hit it I get no smoke.. I called and the guy said they never touched the window and that he had to undo the chip turning switch to get to the wires.. but didnt mess with the switch..

any ideas of why these are now like this? I'm going back tomorrow to have them look at it a HUGE inconvenience for spending almost $700 on alarm and stereo dash and this to happen.. my window was working perfectly before because I had to open it to pay toll.

Maybe they only disconnected one battery and the chip now is broken?? Or making the switch messed it up now?!

its a 2000 7.3l f250

I know some of the systems have an auto window roll up feature.. As for the chip make sure he has a good connection between the chip and the CPU and the chip to the wire as well. Be careful driving because if it's half plugged in you run a risk of frying CPU

auto window roll up feature? It is slow going down but when I push it to go up it is way faster

It was installed already and it was fine he said he only moved the 6 position dial and now there is problems..

If he took the switch apart more then likely he messed up the indent. That switch is capable of 11 pos, but if you get it off you get nothing but the #1 setting.

Cant help you on the power window issue.
