Need Some Help!

Ok so i am wanting to do the 5.6K mod or which ever one makes it lope good but still lets it idle. I have a TS 6 pos. chip with custom tunes but would like to wire in the mod to a switch so i can control the lope when i want to. I havent been able to find anything good on how to wire it into a switch or step by step on how to install one. I have been reading alot about it and havent found a good explanation yet. If someone could post pictures or give step by step instructions on how to wire it into a switch. Also which resistor makes your truck have a good sounding lope, not looking for one that wont let the truck run just want a good hard lope that i can turn on and off.
