Newbie, would appreciate input on what I'm doing

Hey everyone and thanks for your time. I recently have started to mod my 2000 F550. Looking to get the best mileage i can and i think im doing alright but would like to know what i am forgetting or missing out on. To start with the truck is an auto 4x4 dually with 110k on it. The killer is that i am turning 4.88's so fuel mileage is bad. So far I have a f6 chip from dp tuner(modified stock, high idle, drive through, 80 econ, 140 extreme, 140 aggressive, lope idle, 60 tow and 40 tow), have the adrenaline HPOP, driven diesel regulated return bowl delete with post filter, 160cc stage one single shots, 4" turbo back exhaust w/ muffler, beans upgraded IDM, 6637, banks compressor wheel in the turbo(still running wastegate), CCV mod, stancor gpr mod, marinco block heater mod. I have boost, trans temp, fuel pressure, and pyro gauges. am i missing out on any goodies?

I'm asking if you tow a lot - Asking because if you don't, could you go up from 4.88s to say... 4.30s or 4.10s?

bad was about 9 towing or not the truck doesnt seem to care. now with the mods and no load running on econo tune i can get 13 if i really try. when im towing it is a mini excavator, bobcat or a load all so anywhere between 10k and the load all is 22k but we dont pull it often. i wouldnt be afraid to go to the taller gears because i think i have the power now but im afraid the tranny will give up the ghost. am i just paranoid about these trannys in stock form? sorry i didnt specify how bad my mileage was in my first post, thanks for your time

I'm get 14 with a flat bed in my F550 not tuned yet it shoulda been here today
But pretty much some of same mods u got
I get around 11.5 mpg towing 7-9k but got zf6.
7-9 mpg pulling 17000 lbs.
But I'm running zf6 Trans not auto. U mpg seem low
I'm looking into gear vendor by July.
It will cost about the same to gear up as to get gear vendor. Check them out

I didn't know mbrp made an exhaust for the chassis cab. That really sucks I bought a diamond eye because I thought it was my only option and the tail pipe just about drags the ground. Looks kinda dumb and overall I wasnt impressed with the kit.

The only part that realy didn't fit was the muffler bracket. It doesn't clamp end of muffler it like 3" off so I just bought another bracket to clamp muffler.
