I sent my TS chip to Larry @ DPP for reburning to my new truck. The guys @ Elite Diesel wouldn't let Larry burn it with their tunes, (even tho they're a dealer) so he had to send it to them. He sent them EXACTLY the tunes I wanted, and in what positions. They must've thought THEY knew what I needed more than me. :censord: They reburned it and sent it back 2 WEEKS later! There was nothing in the box telling me what's in what position.
Anyway, the chip kicks a$$!
It seems they're better than the TS tunes. Could just be my imagination. I drove the truck without a chip for a couple of months. It was a pig after driving one with tunes.
I recommend Tadd's tunes with the understanding that you won't get ANY kind of customer service from them. The tunes ROCK tho!
