Dominator 66, on high mile truck??

My truck has 198000 on her but I take great care of it like full synthetic oil change every 4,000 and a fuel filter every oil change. My question is if I put the d66 on it will it effect the engine in the long run?

no, its basically just a journal bearing version of a 38r

Thanks I just heard some guy put a d66 on his 96 and stage 2 sticks and he blew a head at 285,000 the engine didn't like all the boost

yeah thats with stage 2's but it wasn't due to cylinder pressures and timing
