Bully Dog Problems
I bought my 99 Ford 7.3 in September. It is an early 99. It had a triple dog tuner installed. While I have read all the bad things about these tuners, it is there and was working just fine for the moment.
It started Christmas Eve. The tuner would not communicate with the truck. Currently, if you put the switch for the bully dog in the up position (on all the time), it will connect to the truck. If you have it in the down position (on when the truck comes on), it will not communicate. I have checked the fuses and can not find any blown fuses. I have checked the power at the connection and that is good too. Has anyone had a problem like this? I am looking into a new programmer now, however, if this is a simple fix, I really have other things I would rather do first. Thanks, |

I have contacted them. I'm guessing they are closed until after the first of the year.

Just an update. The power supply box was bad. Bully dog sent me a new one, no charge.
