NEED INPUT! SHOOTING FOR 500-600 HP!

Doing research for my roomate. He had a guy come into the shop and wants him to build a 2002 7.3L. Hes giving him free range and a $20,000-30,000 build budget. They are going to deliver the truck on the 23rd and he has 3 months for the job. The customer wants reliability (not a daily driver though) and is shooting for 500+hp range. This will be his first build on a 7.3l to this extreme. I have a 2001 7. 3l so I'm a little more familiar with them, so he asked for help w/research. I need suggestions for a turbo (twin or single), injectors, HPOP, intercooler, Fuel upgrades, tunig, & any other suggestions. The block will need to be bored, i do know we will need to get rid of the PMR, so Forged or Billet? Headwork any suggestions? I'm guessing forged pushrods & heavy valve springs for sure. A chassy dyno and engine dyno are available, to test the end result. Any input would be appreciated. I will update later on how the project goes. You might even see it in diesel power magazine, that is one of the goals also. Thanks ahead of time.

Hope they got deep pockets.

Cryo Rods and a complete engine rebuild.
A fully built Tranny.
Big oil. Big (Stage 3) injectors, Big turbo, full RR fuel system....

Big money.

I think I'd rather by a 6.4 with that extra 20-30k a lot easier to get to 5-600 hp.

Full built bottom end with billet rods, 250/200's, gtx4294, srp1 or stealth stage 2, or gen 3, duals ect. H11's, valve springs shimmed, push rods, maybe a cam, bts, fuel system, ect

Isn't there a sticky on here about power levels? Over on psn.com I think they might have a write up on a 500hp 7.3. All power to you but trying to build a 7.3 like that just isn't worth it
