Tony wildman is the tuner, a TS is the style of chip. Usually having 6 positions on a knob meaning six different tunes.

Edit: TS is also a company that puts tunes on their chips, but of those two choices you gave me, get Tony's tunes.

TS is the brand of chips that custom tuners burn their tunes to..so a TW custom tuned chip is better than the std TS burns.

The chips are all the same, it's the tunes on them that are different... Tony has tuned a ton of trucks and has a ton of happy customers amd bill at PHP has tuned a ton of trucks with a bunch of happy customers. They both from time to time have people who no matter what they try can't make happy... The best thing for you to do is pick 2-3 different tuners and call/email them with what you want and pick the one you think will fit you the best

Jason, But you can call me Sir!!!

I also have a 2001 7.3 powerstroke and myne has a TS 6 position chip from thoroughbred diesel, look them up, beats out the SCT 3015 flash anyday, by far the best Tune I have had for my truck yet. chip is on sale right now for 285 but you can also buy a package deal and get the programmer and a aFe intake in a package deal for 395.00 free shipping and no handling, no sales tax or shipping fee, hence if you are in Kentucky there is sales tax and shipping fee because of state regulations, but any other state you can get them for the flat out price of what it shows on the website. TS 6 position chip from thoroughbred diesel, BY FAR THE BEST! yall should check them out. they have great deals

I like Gearhead much better than PHP. 10x better customer service too.

You definitely have issues going on with that bad of MPGs regardless of a programmer.

Stuck EBPV, boost leaks, fuel/air filter plugged, bad injectors, etc.
