What kind of power with a dp tuner, hpop mod, fuel system, intake, exhaust and bts tranny..... stock inj and stock turbo for now. will it be a runner or lacking. When do head studs come into the picture for the 7.3
boost has nothin to do with head studs, cyclinder pressures have everything to do with head studs, a stock ink, turbo truck without live tunes is prolly only gonna make 325 horse, i have heard about 375 bein made on ad's though
WRONG Rember your adding the 37psi to a cylinder that works at 18:1 ratio. 7.3's are tuff but after awhile of pounding it, youcould have some head gasket issues.

id have to go with yall are both right. yes it all verys on cylinder presure which is the main thing like bruce said but at the same time if you run high boost presure with out correct management itll pop the head gasket but if you run high boost presure thats managed its not a huge problem
