This is the best forum ever. u guys always give me the info i need. and i have one Q. What should i be running with after my mods this weekend..

i got my stock tuner from sct, intake, 4 inch turboback, mapfooler, and i took off the red line off the wga. im guessing mid low 14s until i get a better tune.

Im drunk as **** right now so i just wanted to say hey u guys are great thanks for all of ur help. and i hope ur projects go well.. drive safe guys.. take it easy.

Your looking at low 16's to very high 15's...

Your AL pipe will be fine if you live where they dont salt the roads...

Are you an early 99 or late?

I agree that the aluminum exhaust will be fine if you aren't in harsh environment (salt). SS looks good and holds up better to the salt.

i live in the florida keys right on the water, my truck is parked 100 ft from the water, this is not good.. should i wash it off every day?

also i believe i have a 99.5 250.. i talked to the guy yesterday on the phone with sct. he said there isnt anything that he can do with the sct software bc there are no upgrades for the 7.3. he told me to get this other thing that you plug into the pcm and it gives u like 30/70 hp tq. for 375$. and i can get a wga. he also told me i didnt need a map fooler bc the 7.3s dont defuel.

Who the hell did you talk to there? He is a dumbass... Look at Dp Tuner or Elite Diesel.* Welcome to the Elite

Both do custom tunes for the 7.3 on the SCT softwear and yes you need a fooler or regulator on the MAP line because they will defuel...

What an idiot...

"The other thing you can plug on to the PDM???" Maybe a 10-18k mod... but it plugs on to the ICP sensor... and if you pay more then $100 for one your getting ripped off...

Call that guy back and have him come read this forum...
