trying to DL SCT software

I downloaded the disc that came with the programmer, now i need to get livelink so i get get upgrades from them, or have tuner send me downloads. this thing is taking forever, i have dial up and its been on here for an hour and its at 25 MB. no estimated time.. how long does this take?

It downloaded but heres another problem. it told me to browse and i did and i put it in the box but it said it was an error. Ill go to a friends house and try it. thanks guys for ur help Im sure it will work eventually.
