Looking for a good Torque Converter

Hey Guy's

I have an early 99, and i guess on the early ones the torque converter makes a loud metal on metal sound... real loud like i cant hear my engine. When i bought the truck guy said it always made the noise, and after searching on the web about it, found out that some just made hat noise and i hear some other trucks have the same thing.

Well i would like to get the noise gone and hear my engine and turbo more, Whats a torque converter i can go with that will can last the rest of the trucks life.

I don't push my truck that hard, it's mostly a commuter truck.

I understand ford has a new converter you could price out. Check with the vendors on the site here they might be able to hook you up with a good deal
