What is the best cold air intake for the money?

I bought a 99 PSD with the stock airbox. In your opinion, what is the best intake? I am looking to spend under $300.

If I were going to buy one, it would probably be an AFE. That's just me. Everyone has their own thoughts on which one is the best.
