Yes..they fit very easily. The only thing you have to do is buy the appropriate connecting boots and clamps for the CAC tubes since the 6.0 intercooler inlets and outlets are a different size as a 7.3 intercooler...

ya find the write up in the tech files cuz there is an awesome write up with pictures and it tells all for the swap. Im going to be doing the same swap into my 99 just got to get the new boots for the larger IC to go to my stock pipes.

ya, i put one in my truck. prefect fit. just gotta get new boots, make sure u measure the diameter of the tubes on the intercooler.
