TS, DP or TW chip?
Hey guys i just got my first diesel a while back and was thinking about chipping it. Its a 2000 reg cab long box 4x4. Do you recomend the Tony Wildman, DP, or TS chip and why? Also it has a stock tranny so will that be a problem? Thanks for the help

I have a tony wildman chip. Its fine overall.
The reason for custom tunes is to have transmission tunes as well so you dont kill the trans. |

I got my Cortex more for the tire size adjustments than the actual tuning. I could care less about power, I don't race. But now after two years my speedo reads right!!!
![]() FWIW, I have my Cortex set for the mileage xs tune. Not much extra power but mpg's went up by two ![]() Plus the Cortex reads DTC's |
