boost fooler?

I have my chip from php on the way. The question
is do I need a boost fooler or does the chip take care of that? Thanks for the info.

Well I currently have the wastegate unplugged, but I was more worried about defueling and the SES light.

My understanding was over 21psi the truck would defuel and kick the ses light. I was pretty sure that php wrote their programs to not do this but wanted to check.
