I have my chip from php on the way. The question

Well I currently have the wastegate unplugged, but I was more worried about defueling and the SES light.

Why would you need a boost fooler for a chip?

My understanding was over 21psi the truck would defuel and kick the ses light. I was pretty sure that php wrote their programs to not do this but wanted to check.
