tw chip ?

when cleaning the computer contacts if i cleaned it a little to much and went to the copper would that prohibit the chip from working? also if so am i **** outa luck and need a new pcm?

Yes it very well could, and no your not SOL, if you can have the truck down for a few days, you can send the PCM to me and I can resolder the contacts, or you can find a computer repair place that repairs mother boards, and they can build the contacts back up for you, its not real hard to do, but if you have never done it, I wouldn't recommend experimenting.

well cleaned it up a lil more on some of the connections put it in and she fired up absolutely love it only i think i gotta clean one or two a lil more cuz if i hit a bump it would cut out but after a few miles it stopped doin it so i dunno if it just settled in a lil bit or what ill end up playin with it a lil more but bottom line i love the tunes
