Got my DP F8 chip

Going to install it today hopefully. Its snowing right now so i got to convince my dad to pull his Lightning out of the garage and let me pull my truck in haha.
A little nervous about doing this, i don't wanna screw up my computer and i am hoping my truck likes being tuned and i get better MPG. I am gonna try hiding the switch but still have it accessible.

2003 F350 Crew Cab 7.3L
- AFE Stage III Intake
- 4" Exhaust
- Goose neck setup
- Billet Grill
- 3 gauge A-Arm Cluster (Trans Temp, Boost, Pyro)
- DP F8 Chip
- Banks Big Head

good luck! let us know how you like it there pretty simple to install atleast the tony wildman was im not sure if there set up exactly the same?

make sure you get that film of plastic off the conector of th pcm!

Yeah that's my major concern. I don't wanna mess up my computer doing it.

i took brillo pad and scuffed the PCM down to bare metal. The only way i think you can ,ess it up is breaking it i guess, other than that its very simple to install, the bolts are a pain to reach but its easy...jsut takes a bit of itme

I got my chip in. It wouldn't start at first which scared me. Seems to be working except my check engine light is on I guess I am going to call dp tomorrow and see what's up.
Also when I had it in the 120 race position and I was in 5th gear and punched it my turbo kinda coughed and coughed, I read somewhere that it'll do that but I don't remember the fix
