im looking for some feed back on the diablo sport predator programmer U7170

I had a Diablo Predator on my 99 F250 7.3 (not sure about the #U7170?) and the truck seemed to like it. Made a good bit more power, and never noticed anything bad about it. Knowing what I know now, I'd get a custom programmed chip, tuner, or even get it "live-tuned" (best bet) if I was gonna spend the money.

im gonna agree with Shawn here.... for the money custom tunes are where its at....

i figured for the money it was worth putting it in my truck where it was so cheap.....what custom tunes do you guys recommend, all i have done to my truck is a 4 inch mbrp dual exhaust

i recommend TW, DP, or PHP... we are a TW dealer and can give you a good deal on a setup...

now are you running gauges? if your not you will have to do that first

no i have no gauges yet. but i dont want to spend over $400 on a setup either

you dont need to spend 400 bucks on a gauge setup..... you can easily get a setup for under 200 bucks if you wanted too

ah k... well... you will be paying more than that for a custom tuned chip unless you bought a used one from someone... a TW 6 position chip is $475.00... Glowshift gauges will run you about $200.00

if you only have enough to do 1 thing i would just do the gauges first then wait until you have enough for a custom tuned chip
