turbos and cfm

can some one give me a run down of the turbos out there what does each turbo
have for cfm using 238 hybrids. I want to know what will not tax the turbo, I want the turbo to run without straining it. Looking like i was earlier Im looking for cfm and least amount of back pressure. So can some one list all the cfm for our trucks.

From what I have looked at for the least amount of drive pressure you are looking at H2E type turbo.

and the gqssb modded h2e whats that like i see its 1150 cfm but dont know the back pressure.

okay i finally found on different site what each turbo puts out on cfm and more. Now what is the biggest turbo you guys are using to tow with.
